The Reverend Dr. Andrew Human

St. Andrew's welcomes Rev. Andrew Human and his wife Ida!

On Sunday November 4th, 2007, Rev. Andrew Human began his leadership at St. Andrews.

Rev. Human brings extensive experience with him, including several years at Knox Presbyterian Church in Walkerton, and 8 years at Knox Presbyterian Church in St. Thomas. His educational qualifications include a BA from Queen's University, Master of Divinity from Knox College, and Doctor of Ministry from Ashland University in Windsor. He is also fluent in Dutch.

Throughout his ministry, he has demonstrated a strong and successful support for music, youth, and dealing with seniors. Rev. Human has a very keen sense of humour and enjoys the wide range of ministerial activities.

His wife Ida is a strong supporter of his Ministry and, as he has commented, "is a full-time Minister's wife". The Humans have three adult daughters. Patricia and her husband Ben live in Mississauga with their daughter Nicole, and new baby Noah. Daughter Cynthia is in Ottawa attending Carlton University on her way to a teaching career. The third daughter, Andrea, is at Bishops' University studying Art Administration.
