· campaign.  Every time you buy yourself a coffee, put the equivalent amount into an envelope.  Keep an empty coffee cup in one of the car’s coffee cup holders and every time you use the drive through drop the equivalent amount into the cup.

· Could you buy some wool for the knitters and ask them to knit a pneumonia vest on your behalf?

· Could you offer to underwrite the Beacon for one month?

 

Calling All Quilters

Are you a quilter?  Would you like to learn how to quilt?  Is quilting something that stirs something inside you and leads you to want to explore and investigate what it’s all about?  If it is, then I ask you to bring your coffee to the quilters table at                                                                                         

Coffee Hour Sunday January 10^th

I’m not a quilter but I have some ideas that I would like to discuss with those that are and those that would like to give it a try to see if they’re possible.

If you’ve seen something different done with quilting you should bring your coffee to the quilting table if only to explain your quilting find in the discussion. 

If we were a business this would be called a focus group.

Nothing will be asked of you except your opinion on presented ideas and to share any ideas of your own.

Do you know a quilter?  Maybe Sun. Jan 10^th is the day to invite them to church and share their expertise and their ideas.

God has blessed each and every member of this congregation with  TIME,           TALENT, and TREASURE. Some of us are blessed with more of one than the others.  This is the  year for each of us, to discover our gifts and resolve to use them in a small way to celebrate our church’s 120^th year by returning to the giver the fruits of His many blessings to us to use towards God’s work here at St. Andrew’s.

 

Look for the banner and there you’ll find more information,  updates, ideas, suggestions, and just some fun ideas so that together we realize just how generous God has been to us. In the remaining 11 months

let’s all do a little bit and we’ll come together on our 120^th Anniversary Dinner to celebrate our witness in this our 120^th year.

Contact the Communication Team if you have an idea to share or need assistance with the execution of it.  Just because you suggest it doesn’t mean you have to do it.  Just because you don’t have an idea doesn’t mean there’s nothing you can do.
