Read any Good Books Lately
Did you get that juicy novel from our lending library? Have you donated your old novels to the cause? It’s not quite flower catalogue time yet. There’s still time to curl up with a book for a good winter read. This is a free service we offer to readers. We have some really good books on the shelves and they are yours for the reading. We also welcome good Christian novels you might like to share and free up space on your home library shelves. We’re just outside the nursery or board room if you want to check us out. |
EASTER SUNDAY FLOWERS
Starting on February 28th, there will be envelopes in the pews from the Flower Committee to be used for Easter tributes. Please place $5.00 in the envelope on which you have marked (1) your name and (2) the name of the person or persons to be remembered, celebrated, honoured - your choice. Place the envelope on the offering plate. On Easter Sunday - pots of lilies, tulips, daffodils, hydrangeas, hyacinths and primulas will grace the Sanctuary and the "tributes" will be listed in the calendar. After the service, the plants will be delivered to shut-ins. The deadline will be Palm Sunday, March 28th. We appreciate your support and thank you for this. Nancy Kerr 905-275-0486 |
