service.

If you are not served the elements                     

 the only other alternative is - you Grab them.

Guest #1:  You are invited to a state banquet. where the Queen is present.  Are you worthy to be at this banquet?  The table is set, the grace has been given and the white gloved waiters are approaching the guests.  As the waiter bends down to place a portion on your plate, you grab the dish from his white gloved hand, serve yourself, and then shove the teetering plate off to the person sitting beside you..

Guest #2: You are invited to a state banquet where the Queen is present.  Are you worthy to be at this banquet?  The table is set, the grace has been given and the white gloved waiters are approaching the guests.  The waiter bends down to your left asks if you would like a portion, you acknowledge, the waiter places the serving on your plate and moves on.

Would you be guest #1 or

guest #2?

Think about it.  Your answer matters.                                                                                                       Did you have to think about it long and hard before you answered or did your answer come quickly?  Regardless of your answer be you guest #1 or guest #2 can you imagine yourself being the other?

Your answer, reflects your attitude towards service. Can you humble yourself to be served or are you better than all around you and you can take for yourself because you are entitled?

Next Sunday when you find yourself at the Lords Banquet table, who will you be?

Guest #1: You have accepted the Lord’s invitation to be a guest at His table.  The Lord is present.  Are you worthy to be at this banquet?  As the tray comes to you, will you grab the tray, then grab your portion, and then balancing the element in one hand, awkwardly turn  and slide
